CloudLinux is introducing updates to the pricing model for ImunifyAV+. These changes align ImunifyAV+ with the tiered structure already used by Imunify360 and support continued investment in malware detection, protection technologies, and product development.

The pricing update takes place in two phases: Phase 1 on January 1, 2026, and Phase 2 on October 1, 2026.

Phase 1: New Monthly Pricing Effective January 1, 2026

On January 1, 2026, both non-bulk and bulk pricing for ImunifyAV+ increased by $1.00 USD per server per month.

The updated monthly pricing is:

Non-Bulk Price per ServerBulk Price per Server (5+ servers)
$7.00 USD per month$5.00 USD per month

These changes were applied automatically. No action was required from customers.

Phase 2: Tiered Pricing Structure Effective October 1, 2026

A tiered model based on the number of users hosted on a server will be introduced on October 1, 2026. All existing ImunifyAV+ licenses will automatically move into the appropriate tier. Customers will not need to take any action.

New ImunifyAV+ tiered pricing:

ImunifyAV+ TierNon-Bulk Price per ServerBulk Price per Server (5+ servers)
Single User$7.00 USD per month$5.00 USD per month
Up to 30 Users$10.00 USD per month$6.60 USD per month
Up to 250 Users$12.50 USD per month$8.25 USD per month
Unlimited Users$17.00 USD per month$11.25 USD per month

The tier assignment is based on the number of active hosting accounts (“users”) on each server:

  • cPanel/WHM: Count of active cPanel accounts
  • Plesk: Count of active customer and reseller subscriptions
  • DirectAdmin: Count of admin, reseller, and user accounts
  • Standalone installations: Count of unique Linux users representing a user space

Billing frequencies will remain unchanged. Customers with annual plans will see updated pricing applied at the next renewal date following each effective change. Annual totals will be calculated based on the updated monthly rates.

Stop Cleaning Up Hacks. Start Preventing Them with Imunify360

ImunifyAV+ does the hard part of detection well: it finds malware across your server and removes it in one click. What detection and cleanup can’t do is stop the attack from happening in the first place, so the same sites can be hit again through the same hole.

That is what Imunify360 adds. You keep the detection and one-click cleanup you rely on, and gain five more layers that block the attack before it lands and keep clean sites from being reinfected, one platform, six layers of automated protection:

  • IP Blocking & Management — a global threat intelligence network spanning 65M+ domains; block an attacker on one server and they’re blocked on all of them
  • WebShield — anti-bot and DoS filtering that stops automated attacks while real visitors pass through
  • Web Application Firewall (WAF) — blocks SQL injection, cross-site scripting, and exploits against vulnerable plugins and themes, with virtual patching before an official fix exists
  • Malware Scanning — scans files, databases, and cron jobs, catching infections file-only scanners miss
  • Proactive Defense — analyzes PHP scripts as they run and stops zero-day attacks in real time
  • Intrusion Detection / Prevention (IDS/IPS) — monitors FTP, SSH, and mail logs and automatically blocks the source

It also automates the work that normally needs a dedicated security expert, including Compromised Password Reset to break the reinfection cycle,  and includes KernelCare rebootless kernel patching and HardenedPHP for end-of-life PHP versions at no extra cost.
