Recently, we’ve noticed an issue related to WebShield in Imunify360. You can recognize it as an infinite loading of the page for a website using Cloudflare. A few customers with more than 75K greylisted IPs might be affected.
Our team is urgently working on the fixes and we get it working soon, but meanwhile, in order to minimize or prevent any downtime for your websites, we have temporarily disabled WebShield in the Settings globally. Once the issue is fixed, we will automatically enable it as it was before in your settings (if it was disabled, then it will remain disabled).
