We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of a recent issue with ImunifyEmail.

Due to misbehavior, ImunifyEmail was automatically deinstalled on a significant number of servers. We understand the inconvenience this may have caused and sincerely apologize for any disruptions.

 

The good news is that the issue has been identified and fixed. We are currently in the process of reinstalling ImunifyEmail on all affected servers. Specifically, this includes servers that had ImunifyEmail enabled in CLN as of June 1st and have not had it disabled since. We expect the full restoration of all relevant ImunifyEmail installations to be completed by Thursday, July 4th.

 

We deeply regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve it. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.
