Enhanced Malware Database Scanner (MDS)

Enhanced Malware Database Scanner (MDS)As database infections become an increasingly popular attack vector, ensuring their protection is more critical than ever. We are thrilled to announce the latest update to our Malware Database Scanner (MDS). Our enhanced MDS now features a more user-friendly interface and improved functionality, making it easier and more efficient to detect and eliminate threats in your databases.

These changes will be included in the following packages: aibolit-32.1.11 and av-7.14.0.

Updated Verdict Display

In the UI, the "BAD URL" verdict for malicious URLs, which confused users, has been replaced with a numerical link identifier. This change simplifies the user experience by providing a clearer and more precise way to identify problematic links.

Refined Total Objects Count

The "Total Objects" value in the database scan UI now shows the total number of rows in the database, instead of the post-preprocessing count, reducing user confusion. This adjustment helps users get a more accurate understanding of the scope of their database scans, enhancing clarity and usability.
